· Your company’s industry and type of business. For example, “research facility” or “rehabilitation clinic”; or records and copies of your correspondence, if you contact us.

Connex App Data Practices
Our Connex mobile application enables users to perform exercises at home, with movements analyzed using real-time 2D and server-side 3D computer vision models. To support this functionality, the app collects the following data:
· TrueDepth API Data: On compatible iOS devices, the Connex app uses the TrueDepth API to collect depth data for real-time head tracking during exercises (e.g., counting squat repetitions). This data is processed locally on your device to ensure proper posture and accurate rep counting. It is not used for facial recognition, user identification, or profiling. The raw depth data is not stored on the device or transmitted to our servers.
· Video Recordings: The app captures video recordings of you performing exercises, which may include your face and body movements. These recordings are sent to our servers for analysis by our 3D computer vision model to generate session metrics (e.g., repetition counts, movement quality) and provide feedback to you and your clinicians.
Purposes of Data Collection from Connex App
· TrueDepth API Data: Used solely to enhance the accuracy of real-time exercise tracking on your device, such as counting repetitions and monitoring posture during exercises.
· Video Recordings: Used to analyze your movements with our 3D computer vision model, generate session data, and provide comprehensive feedback to you and your clinicians through the DASH product.
Sharing and Disclosure of Information from Connex App
· TrueDepth API Data: Not shared with any third parties or transmitted off your device. It is processed locally for real-time tracking and discarded immediately.
· Video Recordings and Session Data: Video recordings are sent to our servers, hosted on Google Cloud, for processing. The derived session data (e.g., repetition counts, movement metrics) may be shared with your clinicians or physical therapists to monitor your progress. We may share anonymized, aggregated data with service providers (e.g., Google Cloud for storage) under strict confidentiality agreements, but no identifiable video data is shared with third parties beyond our secure servers.
Storage of Information Collected from Connex App
· TrueDepth API Data: Not stored; processed in real time on your device and discarded immediately after use.
· Video Recordings: Stored securely on our servers hosted on Google Cloud, likely in the United States, during processing. Once processed, video recordings are deleted, and only the derived session data is retained.
· Session Data: Stored securely on our Google Cloud servers to provide ongoing access to your exercise history and support clinician monitoring.
Retention of Information Collected from Connex App
· TrueDepth API Data: Not retained; discarded after real-time processing.
· Video Recordings: Retained only as long as necessary to process and generate session data, typically within 24 hours, after which they are deleted.
· Session Data: Retained for as long as necessary to provide the Connex app services, support clinician monitoring, and comply with legal obligations (e.g., health data regulations). You may request deletion of your data as described in the “Your Rights” section.
User Consent for the Connex App
Use of the TrueDepth API and camera for video recordings requires your explicit permission, which you can grant or revoke through your device settings. Disabling camera access will limit the app’s functionality, such as real-time tracking and video analysis.
